• Coaching sessions and mentorship

• Community memberships (e.g., The Design Collective)

• Add-on services (e.g., application reviews, mock interviews)

Some services may require payment through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy).

3. Payments and Billing

• All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information.

• Subscriptions (such as community memberships) automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy:

• Coaching sessions: Refunds available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for no-shows.

• Digital products: All sales are final.

• Memberships: Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share or redistribute purchased digital products or community content without permission.

• Use our materials for commercial purposes without prior consent.

• Harass, abuse, or disrupt other community members.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content we provide—including templates, guides, coaching materials, and website content—is owned by The Design Co. and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching, mentorship, and digital resources are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not guarantee employment, income, or specific career outcomes. You are responsible for your own results.

7. Community Guidelines

If you join our Slack group or other communities, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive.

• Not share confidential or private information without consent.

• Follow any posted community rules.

We may remove members who violate these standards without refund.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Design Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to lost opportunities, income, or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Design Co. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
