Services may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Podia, Stripe, Notion, Google Docs, Calendly, or similar tools.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update Services at any time.
3. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe or Podia. We do not store your credit card information.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, the following policies apply:
Job Search Audits
Refunds are not available once the audit work has begun or materials have been submitted.
Coaching Sessions and Programs
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully.

When you purchase a product or service, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without written permission.
6. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer
All coaching services, educational materials, and digital resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Design Co does not guarantee employment, interviews, income, or specific career outcomes.
Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and external market conditions.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the information provided.
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as Podia, Stripe, Calendly, Notion, Slack, or other software tools.
We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or privacy practices of these services.
Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Design Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, employment opportunities, data, or business outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.
