I’ve been there too.
I’ve spent 12 years in product design hiring designers, leading teams, and freelancing and job hunting myself. I’ve seen what’s changed — great designers getting ghosted, bootcamp grads with no real plan, and mid-level folks trying to grow without support.

Not at all. Many clients start while their portfolio is still in progress. We’ll make sure it’s ready for interviews as you go.
